CARMA / TMM - Can we please get some help!?
 

We've been trying to resolve an issue with little luck other than canned responses from the team at TMM...

We desperately need things corrected with the install of this software as dates and site associations are getting screwed up... we continue to get the run around and need a hand to diagnose what the issue is

If anyone here knows how I can get beyond the canned BS and silly tickets an actually get someone to log into our server and see wtf is wrong and correct the issue that would be fantastic!

hate to bring this to the boards but its pretty critical at this point and we can't keep opening tickets and wasting time
