Freesite to paysite: becoming bigger in business
 

For a few years now I've been the affiliate and have a few sites from free to blog all with my own personal touch, always had traffic and signups and done ok, but after years of being a professional photographer and having a woman who knows shit, we're sitting on all these models and content, things are consuming more and more of our adult buisiness, so it's time to move on.

Maybe custom content to having our own paysite with our girls etc. Bigger things are going on and the future looks brighter. But I'm finding myself unsure of some of the operations in starting a paysite such as starting an affiliate program for the site, handling a membership base, things like that.

Where do I turn? What sites or faqs or mentors are out there?

I could consult, for 1 beeeeellllllliiiiioooooonnnnn pesos.

Well that depends on what to do... I mean shooting content for someone would be easier, but running the show ourselves would be more scratch.

I've always been under the impression that ccbill is the easist to start with, true?

I know we'll most likey be hiring a design company to make our first site, do they usually include the backend work as well, or is the serverside of the site up to us?

Man, if you have the content, the time, and the money, you should jump on this project !!

Do it yourself, jump in with both feet. And yes, use CCBill to start, it will make things alot easier on you in the beginning. Make sure you have plenty of cash flow for the first year as costs you never thought of will arise and it takes quite awhile to see profit.

Why not try and sell the content.
