You must have just watched the game. Not shaving is tradition in playoffs. There are many superstitions in the game.

All the superstitions player keep beards so long as they are still in the playoffs, if you watch hockey regularly you'll notice the beards are much much less during the regular season

Playoff beards, as I'm sure others have mentioned. No one shaves during the postseason. During the regular season almost no one wears a beard.
