Whats your experience with panchodog

normaly im doing 1:150 but since a few weeks im doing 1:1600

Also i couldnt track back the dialer minutes.

Since a week i suddenly can track them back all the way till 4 months ago.

Its like they added them or something. Now dialer minutes pop up here and there.

I asked them in their stats to enter something so i could see rebills.

In the last few months i had a lot of sales but none of them rebilled, thats

almost impossible!

So anyways, the money is good but i feel like being tricked, so i wanna know

what your experience is,

I somehow find these ratios hard to believe considering Katie Fey and Ariel Rebel are being promoted. All i'll say is do a google search and check out other forums for what people have to say.

When i always had ratio's beneath 1:200 i must say it is strange that now i go to 1:1600

By far the most difficult for me to convert too. Up until last week when I got my second sale I was 1:14361. Dreadful. Very disappointed with them.

after they " helped " me out i went to aprox. 1:200

They realy rule for me.

But then again, after a poor ratio like i have now and strange dialer minutes poppin' up the last week going back 4 months, i just find things a bit strange

Hi guys, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We are pretty flabbergasted at those ratios. We have never seen anyone with those kinds of numbers.

Just checked our stats for June, and there are only 4, out of a couple thousand, that are in those numbers.

The only thing we can think of is the following:

1. CCbill has been having problems for the last few months with odd ratios and tracking. Why it affects some and not others, we do not know.

CCbill has always been the TOP third party biller around, whatever is happening, we're sure they are on top of it. IF it even has anything to do with them, which has yet to be determined.

Yes, ccbill ratios in particular are way off, according to many people, however, we have no direct knowledge of this and cannot speak on CCbill's behalf.

What are we going to do to try to fix this? Well it definately is an isolated situation or it would affect all our affiliates. We are almost done with our incorporation into Nats - most likely within a week. We are in beta now.

That means we will be moving Epoch and other processors, such as Netbilling, into the first place of the cascade feature, so ratios like that won't happen again in addition to backing up any tracking done by CCbill, Epoch or Netbilling with NATS.

All this should give everyone a much better idea of how they are doing in terms of sales, clicks, etc. We expect no longer than a week, and we will have our new system available to affiliates.

2. Foreign traffic. There has been a huge flood of foreign traffic in the internet, within the last year, which is steadily growing, mainly due to many countries recently offering broadband services that were not available before to:

- non credit card users with no REAL method of payment through the existing processors we use.

- credit card users that are blocked by existing processors who scrub too hard or ban those countries.

In addition, many freesites, TGP's, etc are purchasing cheap foreign traffic to boost their trades. Clicks are not what they used to be, and we're sure everyone can vouch for that.

3. Promotion. How are you promoting our sites? This is really important. Many hardcore TGP's will try to sell our sofcore sites as hardcore sites, or simply put, hardcore traffic will convert MUCH worse towards softcore and nonnude sites, than the reverse.

Also, saying things like " See Kristina take it up the ass" when she does nothing even remotely similar, will not work well either

There are many other things behind this as well, which we can help our affiliates with, if they contact us, and give us the opportunity to analyze the situation and help correct, improve, or change things around, to better the outcome.

We would suggest that affiliates contact us, when clicks are in the 1500 range, as it is NOT normal to NOT get a sale before then.
Our average, even with a few odd cases such as yourself, is 1/790 - which is quite good, considering.

Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Those comments were actually posted some time ago, on another board.

Those numbers have been corrected quite a long time ago. :)

As to the issue at hand:

Unfortunately we are not in control of how NATS decides and when they decide to add or correct features.

The dialer (actually phone billing) minutes were corrected and added recently by NATS, not us. We are waiting to see if this information is correct before we make any announcements. Apparently, it seems to be working fine up until this point. We need a couple of weeks or more to determine if these numbers are correct or not. This is quite a lot of work, given the fact that nocreditcard.com and a couple of other phone billing (not dialers anymore) companies do not have the stats separated by site in their admin at this time, though they are working on it. We can only do so much on our side. NATS seems to be doing a good job with the phone billing calculations up until now.

Rebills are also a problem in some cases with NATS communicating with each processor. We are manually checking all processors to make sure rebills are counted accurately, but sometimes rebills are NOT counted. Every few days we ask NATS to re-poll the numbers, so rebills are reflected. For example, just in NetBilling cheques, we had 416 rebills that did not show up in a few days that were posted on the 1st of June. We do not KNOW if this is a NATS problem or a communication problem between NATS and the processors. Need to make that clear. We are trying to figure out what the issue is, but up until now, we have not found the reason. Most of the time, it works just fine. Again, every few days we check each processor by itself, then check NATS to make sure all is well. We will be working closely with both the processors and NATS to find the exact reason and do our best to help correct it as soon as possible. I am sure if you do searches on the boards, you will see this has been an existing issue for many using NATS.

Regarding the ratios from Zarathustra. Please provide us with your username via ICQ, msn, email, or phone. We cannot find anyone with ratios like that in the month of June or any of the recent months for that matter. I am not saying your numbers are off by any means. Simply put, I cannot find anyone with ratios that high. Hit me or any of us up so we can help you find the reason behind those ratios.

Any affiliate that has ratios that are NOT the norm for them, should contact us immediately to determine what the problem is and how we can help correct it. We are here for that.

Whatever your ratios or sales are, rest assured we are constantly looking to improve affiliate sales and conversions in every way we can. For example, we just obtained our merchant account which, from our research, indicates a much higher approval rate for transactions as well as other benefits that we can pass on to affiliates. We will announce this very soon.

All our older sites, older hosted galleries, ads, promotions, are ALL being redone with new and improved styles, tools, and text to not only get the new sites sales, but generate sales for some of the embedded traffic affiliates worked hard on in the past. Multiple language tours are also on our agenda, in addition to new forms of local billing to actually make money from some of these countries that are unable to be billed via credit card, either because they are scrubbed out or because they simply don't use them or can't use them.

Etc, etc.

In short, we are doing quite a few things other programs are not, in order to secure sales for affiliates and improve the program overall in every respect.

Nats has serious repporting problems

I met Rico once and he was a really nice guy. Seemed to have his shit totally together.

Panchodog are my best rebillers by far :)

I've keep hearing this from different programs using NATS. I wonder if MPA3 has similar problems reporting rebills.

Ratios/conversions are mediocre. Their support is great.

My rebills show...

But I do concur on the CCBILL problem... I have had certain accounts that were good and went to shit. So I resigned up to the sponsor and everything was back to normal.

Andi Pink 1:1400 for the all time (70K uniques)
80% rebills!

Ariel Rebel 1:2300 for the all time (34K uniques)
only 25% rebills

(basically tgp traffic)

I have been pushing them since Aug and I have 110 sales and 60 rebills, so I am pretty happy with them.

let me tell you, I used to send traffic to Andi Pink actively for about 2 months, and I didn't make a single sale. I can't recall the exact ratios, but let me put it this way:
My best traffic site, with an Alexa of about 90,000 had her banner on its prominent spot and I didn't make 1 penny from it. With my own websites in that spot I was converting between 1:400 or 1:550.
