If you sold the items on eBay it seems you would have both email address and postal address.
If I recall correctly, because you have a business relationship with the buyers, you can email them until they opt out.
Street address -- mail them if you want. People have done that for years. Lots of list brokers out there, but 2000 is a bit low, and the brokers are usually brokering for companies that have huge lists. Adult lists can be rented for as little as $.05 per name in volume.
Maybe you can benefit by selling it directly without the broker. Or, make a deal that combines your list with other lists for a larger mailing.... meaning you have a flyer in the mailing for your products along with flyers for other companies. Split the costs.
They do work. I did mail-order with calendars and stuff like that as far back as 1985 and have often bought lists. Putting something, like a flyer, into the hands of the potential customer works -- but its expensive.
