First father's day recommendations

This is my first father's day where I'm the father.... so naturally, my boy is not even 1 yet.

Any recommendations on the proper way to celebrate such an occasion? Is this the platinum anniversary?

I didn't have that as a father, but congrats! It's a great thing to have!

Actually, I did get one of those... Natalie (my boy's mommy) went card shopping, picked a bunch and let my boy choose one.

He chose the shiny reflective card... big surprise eh? :1orglaugh

Congrats on first one! Just enjoy the little one being there. In a few years you'll be getting all the little decorated paper bags from school, fridge magnet hammers (with pics lol) lots of glue on glitter, etc. The hubby has 8 kids and a box full of macaroni encrusted memories lol! All kidding aside they're wonderful.

Hugs,
Jen

p.s. don't tell but I think he got a half dead plant in one of those paper bags this year LOL

i can't imagine how you can celebrate the holiday with 1 year old boy. He has to give you a present, realise it is a fathers day....
