FOREX. Anyone?
 

I been playing around with FOREX for about a month now with a practice account and so far I have been on the positive numbers so i decided to open my first live account on friday, to bad the market is closed right now and it wont open in another 23 hours and then after that I still need to wair for a good indication to enter the market.

Does anyone around here play around with FOREX as a form of investment/income?

I hope to get enough experience in the next couple of months and hopefully dedicate myself to FOREX traiding as my main source of income.

watch out before you know youll be forex-ing 24/7 :) and yes it makes great money if you know what youre doing

I had a practice account with $2500 in the account, I made some decent profit through out the trial period to get me hooked.

On a 3 day period I made around $250usd, in the next 8 days I made around $8500 to bad all of that profit was on a practice account :(

You really dont need to be smart to get into FOREX all you need is discipline to stick to your trading method, I cant tell you how many times I had the urge to exit the market when I was loosing money which would of resulted in me loosing money instead of waiting for it to come back up again.

You might as well play poker online, at least there you are not playing against professionals...

you can make some serious money yes, I rather have pro ppl investing for me then watching forex 24/7 but its addictive I agree then again like Woj said youre dealing with a lotta pro fulltime traders
