I have posted about this before yet every time I come across a banner with stolen music, I can't help but laugh. I mean really... coming from an industry that goes postal over stolen photos of whores, the same people will turn around and use stolen music for their banners (and video trailers). Classic.

This is just another reason why this industry (or the majority of the people in it) can never be taken seriously. It amazes me to see so many "stand up guys" do stupid shit like this. It really shows just how unprofessional they are.

I have said it a hundred times and will say it again... this industry truly gets everything it deserves. :2 cents:

I usually laugh at p1mpdogg's posts because, well, they're often funny and cause drama. However, this one pulls the truth. There's a ton of shady people / programs / affiliates / soulless fuckers in this industry pulling shady shit yet pontificating about their best-for-the-industry practices; especially on this board.

Guess all you can do is laugh at it all and keep doing your own thing.

"fair use" refers to something other than "commercial" use.

fair use, sample and an affiliate program does not go together, otherwise I'd be using a lot of content on a fair use basis
