I dont really know the specs I need... all I know is that Ill have around 200k-300k page impressions per day, and that Ill burn around 50 gigs per day.

Tear2Hosting can probably do that, I know their dedicated servers are around $120 for 1.5TB transfer, 2.4ghz+, 1gb ram and 150gb sata drive.
