they were lucky not to loose against the underdog-teams.


they are not strong enough to handle better teams.

Yeah the the Netherlands didn't look THAT good. However, don't forget they had some serious competition...And when you can win those games, you can come far. I'm curious to see how we will do against Portugal or Mexico...

And I agree, we won't become the champions...But 1/2 final/final is possible...

You're wrong.

In the next match, Holland will lose from Argentina. After that, they will most likely come up against Portugal - which they will win. Then most likely England - a tough match, but I think they'll pull through. Then, finally, they'll play against Brazil, and lose. After that, Brazil will play Argentina, and I have no idea what will happen there.

Ivory Coast was serious competition. They were the strongest African team, and even gave Argentina a fairly hard time. Serbia, meanwhile, was pretty strong before the WC, if you look at their record.

This was easily the toughest group to be in :2 cents:
