That sucks, id say fuck em and switch hosting if they pull stuff like that...

I wouldn't even bother with being upset.. just find another host and be done with it.. If they don't have a record of your account, then they don't know how to run a business. You don't need to deal with people like that..

After 100 hours of 'ticket time' they have re-enabled my account saying that they had switched servers.
They seem to have lost the whole bloody site and bounced all the email that has been sent to me over the past 4 days....
