My vote goes to WinSCP, I've been using it for a few years now off and on. It's great of you want a putty window open to your server at the same time :)

CuteFTP will do SFTP but IPSwitch Pro is the better option IMHO. XFTP is good too but doesn't allow "on the fly" editing like CuteFTP and IPSwitch Pro do
