Hey, people in The Philippines...

How would one address a letter or package sent there?

Is it

Name
Street, Sub-Division
4 Digit Code City Province
Philippines

Salamat.

It doesn't matter, if it's anything of value it will be stollen before it gets to the recipient anyway.....

FYI I have gotten all my packages. I find UPS to be the most efficient and cost effective.

Just put as much info on the package as you can, including a local cell phone number. Address it to an "Attorney". Customs generally will not open an Attorney's mail. :winkwink:

Please don't tell me that someone no doubt discriminated against and often stereotyped, is stereotyping another group of people... :winkwink:

Lycanthrope,

While it might not happen with every package, it does happen.

After sending balikbayan boxes back home, my family learned it was smarter to send multiple boxes and splitting items. For example, pairs of shoes would be sent in different boxes, left in one, right in the other.
