Last time we had 500 done at Mailboxes Etc. when they had a special price on full-color printing. I designed the card myself and gave them the graphics. They charged us $60 for the printing. I think it was around 50% off their usual price.

vistaprint.com teh cards arnt thick but it is easy to upload your art and order.
