Cliff notes video of BrookeSkye and Melissa Midwest incident (FACTS)
For those who don't have time or can't download the whole thing. We put together all the important parts.
This is not "proof" that melissa did anything wrong, but it's clear to see how many times Brooke dropped the "act" and asked to end this and was not allowed. Even you concede biggie, that Brooke was hurt during this incident. Melissa (who has a much larger body type) said there is no way she could take it. After watching the whole video it is apparant that Brooke was extremely uncomfortable with it all. I'm sure she didn't want to do anything that would hurt the program (like have BUbba tell everyone to NOT go to the site like he threatened). I totally felt for her while watching this. Melissa didn't do anything wrong during the show, but persoanlly if I could see she was uncomfortable, i would think that Melissa did too and probably should have said no. But then again she probaly felt pressure from Bubba too. The whole setup seemed staged to reflect Brooke in a less than positive light. Did you know about the strap-on deal before going? Obviously Melissa did as she provided the strap-on. Give Brooke a big hug for me, and hopefully you can get this worked out lining the pockets of lawyers. Hugs, Jen |

At this point Lawyers are going to get involved no matter what. I'll post the details I was requested to exclude later. This story has another side for sure. I just hope melissa is standing on the right side of the fence when the shit hits the fan.

At one point when Brooke was on top and in "complete control" you can cleary see that one of the Bubba team is pressing on Brooke's leg to force her down.

While i agree partly with Mayor, i have to say that it doesn't look like anybody really had any truely sadistic intention from looking at that clip. Yes, Brooke kept saying "no", but the laughing/joking (which arguably could be attributed to being nervous, but nonetheless occured) that happened while she was saying "no" makes the difference between her toyingly saying "no" to stimulate the viewer and harshly stating no as in "stop this, i'm seriously saying no".
I do agree that it was strange that your filming crew weren't allowed in, and i'm not up to speed with the usual scheduling and so on of when two different paysites' models meet - so i can't comment on whether or not said lack of your film crew consitutes some kind of irregularity or not. What i can say is that i think most of what happened was perhaps misconstrued, and that both Brooke and Melissa appeared to be under peer pressure, particularly from Bubba, but you have to give credit to Melissa for not ramming the dildo inside her like Bubba asked, and credit to Brooke for continuing under harsh circumstances. Essentially what i am saying, and what i believe a rational court would say (if it unfortunately went that far) is that no bad intent was really meant on either party's behalf (including the Bubba show as a party): Bubba is reknowned (from what i know as an inhabitant of the UK) for being pushy, edgey and as somebody aptly described, a "shock jock"; Brooke is known for being the atypical shy "girly girl" teen model (perhaps not in real life, but that is certainly the impression i get from her site) & Melissa is known as being a more cowboy-like, "tougher" model (again, from the impression i get from her site). So while Mayor is understandably annoyed, as is Biggie about the whole backfiring and etcetera, i believe the only root cause attributable to this incident is that of a lack of proper and concise prior planning between all three parties. Feel free to correct as your opinion deems necessary. |

i just got back from beingout of town to find this. i haven't read anything really yet about this. but from what i have read, had i taken some of my solo girls there and then been denied access to see what was happening to them, and been told that i couldn't film it, i'd have taken them and left. there wouldn't have been any show if that was an option.
i know how that show operates and had you taken the girls and left, it woulda made for a boring show and the shit talking bubba woulda done would have sent more people to the site. just an alternative opinion from a fresh set of eyes on this. |

i have a very hard time in believing that brooke couldnt get up an say hey no more, that a webmaster couldnt say hey no, you guys wanted the press and were willing to do anything to get it, if u dont like the situation your in, then leave, i didnt see anyone forcing them to be there, kat was there was well, she was cheering it on.
i would have NEVER put one of my girls into that situation, i dont care about getting press for a site over a girl. and i definately wouldnt have left the room. this should be a lesson for anyone in this industry. |
