any itmom customers here? i think they are having massive issues, i cant log in and i get a 500 error when i go to all my sites.

losing money by the second...

My sites are loading okay but I can't get into ftp.

uh oh, I wonder how many custmers they have ;(

yeh.. ftp is down, php/mysql is down but plain html is working ok... fortunately my galleries are up, so.. not as bad as i thought

however i have a banner at the top of a big site sending me traffic, which is getting failed, which is no good!

I would be madd, atleast your getting gallery traffic.

Give us some news when you get a hold of them, their php/cgi/html seems to be working at their main server.

i cant login to my account so there is definately problems.

Any news on this? I signed up with them yesterday and have not been able to log to my admin area all day... Just what I dont like to see when I try out a new service.

I've been having problems on & off this week with ftp at itmom. They were good when they started...

Ouch if php is down even for a min thats a MAJOR security issue if your using php same thing with asp and cgi, that sucks, sry

A simple email to thier customers letting them know whats up would be nice.

All of our virtual customers sites are running just fine. And yes I'm spamming.
