Croatia could get 3 points against Japan. Then beat Austrailia. 6 points.

If Austrailia was to got a point against Brazil, and lose to Croatia, thats 4 points...

Don't think they will, and it's possible that a draw against Croatia to be not enough, but...who knows? World Cup needs a surprise, so why not the socceroos?
