How come the text formating gets all fucked up but the first paragraph is fine?

ps i know about the layout lookin all fucked up - i tried to do it myself but i have a designer fixing what i fucked up lol

You just need to get rid of the <br>'s and let the text wrap naturally, i.e. "$park's underground grind has also paved the way for numerous mixtape appearances on<br>" get rid of that <br>.
