The major part of this problem was that I was LOCKED OUT buy melissa's request. Had I been allowed access THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED.

Brooke was hurt. Mayor responded and reacted at the first person who he sees hurt her, Melissa.

I know you are angry at what has transpired, and now you are reacting.

You know and I know, that litigation will cost all parties involved a pretty penny. Not taking into the consideration of the negative attention it will stir.

Here's my question Mayor..."Why"...didn't you just pack up your model and go home when you realized that Biggie wasn't giving you access? Sounds like there would have been no show without Brooke and if you would have put your foot down...you probably would have gotten access and been able to film. Worst case...you didn't get access and you took your model home and everything would have been fine???

The details were worked with Bubba. It's his show, his studio, etc. I don't want a Melissa Midwest/BrookeSkye strap-on scene at the top of BrookeSkye.com and that issue is unrelated to security. Shooting rights does not = security. There's a difference. We talked about it with Bubba weeks before, we're not hiding or deceiving anyone.

To be honest, it seems like you are more upset with yourself than others. You seem like a very good boss to have and you obviously look out for your girls like a daughter. As many parents will attest, when something bad happens to a son/daughter, they immediately feel guilt and tend to lash out.

I think you feel guilty for what happened, although it probably isn't really your fault. Everyone can toss in conspiracy theories on what happened and what people knew beforehand. In the end, it seems like Melissa's crew was just more stern on their demands. It seems like Brooke went on a show with an asshole DJ who was hell bent on degrading her for the benefit of his show.

You seriously come across as a good guy. You are just sticking up for your employee/friend. It is actually a breath of fresh air in an industry that degrades models. However, I think you are in the wrong and you lashed out at the wrong people. Perhaps they are assholes and impossible to work with, perhaps the DJ is an asshole, perhaps the situation as a whole was just really fucked. But it's really no right to insinuate sexual assault and pay others for taking down links.

I think you'd earn a lot of respect from people by just apologizing. Maybe buying a sticky for a few hours promoting both Brooke and Melissa. Hopefully Melissa could accept that gesture and move on to business. I wasn't suggesting that you were deceiving anyone Biggie. I was simply asking Mayor why he didn't walk if things weren't going his way? I deal with model managers and agents all the time and they fight for their girls. If something is not going their way - they walk. If one is really interested in protecting the well being of their model...you have to impliment that kind of attitude. IMO

I have just been hearing bits and pieces of the story and just watched a couple of the scenes. From what I saw it did look like Melissa was trying to look out for brooke. BUT if you guys had been allowed in the room - you would have been even more protective and wouldn't have allowed the radio personalities to keep pushing on brooke. for the most part she looked like she was having fun and in good spirits but there were a couple times where she wasn't having it.

Lesson learned... don't let anybody else... no matter who they are ... be in control of your talent.

It's too bad hind sight is 20/20 ...but it's a lesson for all of us to put our foot down and just say no.
