On my rating system of: "Shit" or "Not Shit", they get rated "Not Shit", no single backbone is ever excellent, but there are plenty that get my rating of "Shit", eg Cogent, exodus (Not CW, they are ok), digex/icix/algx,appliedtheory,williams,etc...

u can make deals with them so you can spam without having to worry about being shut down. If you have the cash. Does this make them good? I dunno, really :)
