Who knows how to mess with the registry?

I downloaded this program and it says install, then "Import the .reg file into your registry." How do i do that?

1: start paying for your software.
2: just double click the .reg file... windows should ask you if you want to add it to the registry.

or
start>run>and type regedit
when in regedit , goto the Registry menu and click import Reg File
