anyone here have qwest dsl? Rant......
 

rant time...bastard qwest phone company!

I have had my phone, internet, satellite and cellphone with them for a 2 years + now. So we move, they say my dsl isnt available here.

I call another place for cable internet.

Next day the asshats at qwest phone company call me and say it was a mistake and dsl is available and it will be ready to use TODAY.

So I go to hook it up and use it today. It dont work, I call them fuck heads and ask wtf. I get put on hold 9 times while they figure out i need a new modem ppp username/password. THEN out of the blue they say hold on again because something on the account wasnt right. The fucker comes back on and tells me that there is a past due balance from 2002 in my wifes name that i have to pay before my dsl account will be active....

So im like WTF, her old bill has fuck all to do with MY account. HE tells me that since we are married that her old bill is now my bill. I told him thats bullshit, he said thats just the way it is. So i told the fucker to kiss my ass and im not paying for her bill or anything to do with HER old account. He goes on to say sir sir sir can i just give you the balance you now owe?

I tell him NO, i dont want to fucking hear it, CANCEL my mother fucking service right now! ...he says sir sir can i transfer you to an "agent?" An agent? fuck off, cancel my shit....click.....(was kind of funny because he didnt know how to respond to me cursing at him)

Since when does getting married make it ok for a phone company to add her way old past due balance to my damn account? how gay is that....
