does it mean page rank. that if you type in the keyword it comes up page number 2 on google?

Pagerank does not mean the position in the search results .. otherwise you'll endup with page ranks like pr 36436 :) .. especially in the adult industry

Rather than using my bad english to explain .. wikipedia has a good explanation on page rank ...
