that's their facilities in oregon.. the cooling facilities in the bottom left are 4 stories high. so you can use that for reference to scale.

and in the top right you can see they're building another facility.

Google is in hundreds of Datacenter all around the world, they have cages in the Data Center i have my hosting business in. They use cheap white box servers stacked to the sky, and the hum from them is louder than a 747 taking off

They got 1 million servers worldwide.....and they're changing them all in the next couple of years. AMD is going to be the main supplier now :)
