What's ur strategy? Per sale or Revshare?

This is a webmaster question and not to affiliate and program owners.. god knows they are in it for the recurring.

but what about y'all? You want the straight up stufF? Or do u believe in a sponsor so much that revsharing would be the answer?

Good sites = revshare.
Not so good sites = pps.

In theory, thats the difference, revshare allows a longer and more money in the long run, yet we all want instant satisfaction. underlying principle.

Yet we are drawn to pay per sale and leave the sponsor to deal/make the recurring revenue.

thats why i wanted to know whether webmaster promoting and making money are in it for the quick sale or the long term (potenial) growth

too much harvard business review will kill ya head.

Revshare for sure. Smaller increments, but if you get a good site that retains well, it will really pay off in the long run.

As far as dating programs go, however, I have noticed in my analysis that PPS performs better so far.

You don't need to know this. You need to decide this. The question is whether or not you are in it for the quick sale or for the long term.

Know the sites you are promoting. Find the ones you would subscribe to - use revshare on these sites. All the other ones put pps.

A few months later, take a look at your numbers. If your revshare sites are not maintaining subscription, then switch to pps. If a pps site is has a higher member retention, switch them to revshare.

There is no way for you to maximize your earnings from the get-go. You need to play the field a bit and mix it up smartly.

a typical answer will always be depends. :winkwink:

Technically, affiliates wont know if the members retain or not.
