Dont bother with their support - had a power supply go bad? Thats the common problem if youve had the computer for at least 6 months - just go buy a new one as Dell sure as hell isnt going to give you one whether its under warranty or not - they will weasel out of anything and arent worth the time waste

actually i flipped out and got the supervisor on when my power supply went out, and it was just 1 month over warranty, they went ahead and credited my account with $50

it took me 45 minutes of scripts and aggrevation though, LOL
