Most Inspirational Movies Of All Time

the AFI, American Film Institute, is running its Top 100 inspirational movies of all time tonite on CBS......

My number one has to be "The Shawshank Redemption," especially when Andy breaks out of prison, and then when the Morgan Freeman character gets out, he joins Andy.

Fucking awesome! :thumbsup

Feel welcome to list yours.......

Excellent flick, but mine would have to be Office Space. After watching that back in college so many times I can't remember I knew I'd never have a job, job type job.:thumbsup :glugglug

Shawshank Redemption HAS to be #1.. Rocky would be #2, #3 maybe... Boiler Room was also inspirational but for all the wrong reasons.

I'd say Hoosiers would be up there, esp. since it's (loosely) based upon a true story. Same for Seabiscuit. So many other's to mention ...

But my personal choice:
My Left Foot of Fury :)
(Classic Jim Carey sketch from In Living Color)

jesse_adultdatingdollars 06-14-2006 08:45 PM

Forgot the name but the hockey movie where USA beats Russia in Olympics in the 70s, great movie.

As sappy as it'll sound - for anyone who's lucky to have found their soulmate in life...I'd say 'What Dreams May Come'.
