Would you let your girl go oversees for a mth?
 

My girl and I are both independent and we were talking about trips. She's got a single friend going to Australia for a mth this summer and my girl would like to do that next yr... my girl and I love to travel. Of course, her trip will be with her girlfriend. I've got a trip planned next yr with a few of my friends. Anyway, she brought it up that she'd like to do to Australia with this group thing. I don't have that mindset like I'm "letting", I'm not like that... just curious what others think.

put it this way, if shes gonna cheat and fuck other guys - she can do it anytime.

With that said, if you guys are secure and trusting of each other, I wouldn't worry. If you guys are having issues, then anything can happen.

in my last relationship i had a huge problem with jealousy in the end...

If you don't want her to go then just tell her straight out, but then you'll feel bad later that she didn't go, if you both have trust in each other then let her go. I mean i wouldn't let my bf go somewhere for a month, i mean i do trust him but my mind would just say "no" he knows if he goes somewhere as long i come along with him.
