Normally I don't respond to crap on the boards but I felt like it today.

There are several reasons why your account was terminated.

Here are the two main ones.

#1. You committed fraudulent and deceptive methods to generate leads.
#2. You have bogus information in your account information

We would be glad to tell everyone the lowlife tactics you used to generate free joins, but then we would just open the floodgates to more cheaters. It's only $112 but those can add up and it more the principle of not paying cheaters.

If you'd like we could switch you to the revshare program for payout, in which case your commission would be $0. However you would probably try to scam that now too.

When you try to cheat the system, sometimes you get away with it and other times you don't. You should just quit all your little AOL games and fake email confirmations.

I used deceptive methods? Oh really now.. Since when were these methods deceptive, and if they were deceptive, why did you tell me to go ahead and see how it goes? Why are you trying to cover your ass for something YOU approved, that wasn't even deceptive. It's not my fault you convert like shit for some traffic, and instead of switching me to Revshare you shut off my account and called me a cheater. That makes you not only a liar but shady as well.. So stop playing the victim for something you approved, because you've already lost a lot of credibility. I'm sure these people would LOVE to know the "lowlife tactics" I used too... This should be a laugh.. There's a difference between doing something professionally and doing what you did which was not only ridiculous, but unprofessional..

These companies need to know who they're paying, just having an epassporte card doesn't exclude you from being anonymous. The IRS is pretty strict on maintaing records of whom you're paying and last I checked, DatingGold is american.

Signing up with fake info is shady to say the least. If you're legit, then you have no reason to hide your info from them.

He clearly said that if he reveals the tactics used, it can potentially open up room for others to cheat his program.

The best thing to do is work this out off the boards. As for credibility of Dating Gold, I don't think the $112 you claim he owes you is going to ruin his reputation. Dating Gold pays out hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly to webmasters.

THe point is these tactics were not shady nor fraudulent, and that he knew full well what I was doing, I've seen sponsors act negligent when something happens MANY times, this isn't something new. I just think it's a pathetic thing to do.

If they are American, and you are American, there are many tax reasons why they need your actual information.

If you didn't provide valid indormation for your account, then you didn't legally enter into the contract to get paid, so you are SOL. How hard is that to figure out?

How's this for logic:

The IRS requires a SS# or Federal Tax# on record for any pay-outs that decrease a companies own taxable income. DUH .......:disgust

As a business owner (inthe US) you are required by law to report payments made from your company to other entities. Whether a business or an individual acting as an independent contractor . I am surprised more businesses do not "require" a w-9 to be submitted on file. The IRS is not an entity that any business owner should take lightly.

That said, If you do not give your real information, they have "legal" right not to pay you!

And here's another one that misses the point.. For the 5th time, read the thread as to WHY I didn't get paid.. Not a crutch or an excuse.

Those sponsors are likely not american or are being misled by the false information. Nevertheless, companies like DG are required to have your correct information for taxation purposes.
