actually i live in Istanbul to but irthquiks & hurrycanes are problem for many part of the world; i agreed that we mast do somethings to do better for substructure of city.
however there are some works about that in anycase.

i'm wondering to why some people doesn't interested in with subject & they insolt someone about spelling or totally english.
i agreed that my spelling is not so good but if you want to understand, you can understand right?
btw. try to speak my language; if you can do better then mine; i will exactly accept that i'm asshole.

2.i understand what you say and your grammar is acceptable but your spelling sucks. there are programs like "spellcheck" which i would recommend you to use

3. I am from Germany and english is not my mother-language
