What time you go to sleep and wake up
 

I sleep at 1 am and wake up at 10 am. How about you guys. Somethings I wake up 9 am.

I go to sleep around 9:00 am on average, and wake up at around noon.

too late and too early

wake up 3PM, go to sleep 6AM :)

goto bed around 8 - 10AM and get up at 3 - 6PM

around 6am to 2pm

1-4am - wake up 10am-noonish

alarm went of at 05.30
at work since 06.00

Usually go to sleep around 2am, get back up at 11am...

Lately its been the following:

7am get up.
11pm sign off.

Up by 6am and down by 9pm.

I have no set sleep or wake time

I'm usually up at 8 am

Whenever I got to bed, but I sleep like 8 hours

Usually, I go to be around 6am-8am, and wake up 2pm-4pm.

Today, I am staying up until 8pm or so, and getting up around 4am (trying to semi-fix my schedule so I can get up around noonish from now on).

monday to saturaday 1 am to 5 am....whole day sleep during sundays

Sunday - Wed. I head to bed at mid-nite & wake up at 5am.
Thursday - Sat. all bets are off for sleep, but I still usually manage to get my 5 hours.

sleep when I sleep. Wake when I do.

Weekdays I go to sleep around 1:00 am and wake up at 7:00 am


Weekends I go to sleep as late as possible and wake up as late as possible

i sleep at 1pm then wake up around 7pm. Night is the life:thumbsup

I sleep when I am tired and get up when I am not

Last few days: Go to bed at 4-5 am, get up at 8-9 am.

Hmm, let's think ...

A few days a week I'm up at 6am and to bed around 12am ... a couple other days I'm up at 8am and to bed around 12am ... days off vary ... is there something good to do? is it nice out? maybe I'm up at 8am, maybe 12pm hehe ... then to bed around 3 or 4 or 5am ... Good times :banana

I go to sleep around 4, wake up at about 830

i go to bed at 12 and wake up at 8am.

Up between 4:30-5:30am and down between 12mn-2 am.

damn,i wish i can sleep 9-10 hours,lol
i slep only like 3-6 hours per day:(

Always up at 3:30 to 4 am - go to bed between 11 and 12 at night - old habits :)
