i'm nowhere near an expert but i agree...i'm om broadband and it took awhile for the flash to load...if i were a surfer i would have left after 5 seconds of waiting for that page to load

The problem is, I think the whole thing was built in flash:( , at least that's what the co owner said.

Agree on dropping the flash. Took a while to load on broadband and the sound effects were annoying. Agree with the comment above it does have a 90's look to it. Redesign it simple and clean and focus on the content, not flashy navigation.

Just one comment...your logo is a peach, your name is Nectar...why the wierd machine layout? Why the dark city background...I would go with something more organic, and pastel/light colours.
