Ok, me n my buddy took a trip to the beach yesterday on his golfcart (you can ride around in my town on golfcarts legally, cool eh?)

anyways, just like any day the beach is covered in bikinis.

my buddy calls his lawyer, he starts checking into the laws here conserning taking beach pics and reselling them, and so far he hasent found anything anywhere that says we cant. hes still looking, and ofcourse this all depends on what he says, but seems from his end its a go.

so, would there be a market for this kinda stuff? would it sell/ be worth doing?

ofcourse if a site provided us with t-shirts or other swag we could get those into the pics as well.

would anyone buy this? just wondering if there is a market. if so, then we can have 5 guys on the beach daily taking this shit.

There are certain parts of America that have really strict laws against candid photography, Vegas for example

myrtle beach sc and so far my buddys lawyer hasent found anything yet saying anything along the lines of we cant.

I've not heard about anyone from South Carolina getting sued for candid photography, I'd keep researching it if I was you to be on the safe side.

You should speak to BV (Bikini Voyeur) he knows a lot about the laws for taking photos in public
