sometimes im on hold for 30 mins with visa...on the EMERGENCY LINE!! .....

I always do good with escrow, I can email in and I always get an answer within a reasonable time frame.

We started moving some domains over to enom, they have great support too. A few problems, and they quickly worked it all out for me.
