i have a bench and a bunch of freeweights sitting in my basement that i havent used in 2 years.....


now i just have to motivate myself somehow to go and lift them:helpme

take your time...the best thing to do is take baby steps.

1. day one, put your work out clothes out to wear.

2. day 2, look at the clothes.

3. day 3 -6 repeat number 2


4. day 7 - day 13 actually put the clothes on but do not work out.

5. day 14-21 with the clothes on look at the weights


6. day 22 work out

i'd probably jump around (hit a little bit of everything) for the first week or two M W F, getting warmed up for a real split 3 or 4 times a week depending on your goals.

dont forget the legs!

i actually just did a half hour on the bench press, inclines, declines, and flys. tomorrow i'm gonna do biceps and back.

i'm gonna go with my old routine.

day 1 and 4 chest and tris
day2 and 5 back and bis
day 3 and 6 legs and shoulders
day 7 resttttttttttttttttt

my wife actually just started jogging a few weeks ago so now its time i tried to keep up with her
