not sure on the encryption that you use over there
but here in oz , we use ideto2 it's uncrackable , but to get around it you can do card sharing , all that is needed is to send a few bytes of info , so you can run your own server , host to 1000's of ppl , charge them for access
all they need is a sat box that is able to decode ideto2 , and then a season card to act as a wafer/smart card

its all legal too

can card share over the net or wireless to the neigbourhood
