goal difference could decide it and I cant see anyone in that group putting 3 past italy to sort out the goal diff for the USA. They really needed a draw today.

i think the USA will beat out Italy for the 2nd spot, Ghana defence didnt exactly look astounding, i think Italy is overrated and will finish 3rd in the group.

I think Brazil with finish first of group F, and Italy will end 2nd of group E.

I can't see the US qualifying for the next round. I fully expect Ghana v USA to be a match for nothing more than pride.

You better prepare to wipe out the Czechs or Ghana. Italy waits for you in the final.

I'd hate to predict the outcome because whenever I do, the opposite always happens... but I don't think US can make it out of this group.

If we do, it'll be a shame because both Czech Republic and Italy both played flawlessly today (well, didn't see the Italy game but since it was 2-0, I can only assume).

Italy didn't play that great today.

When the US starts calling the game they play at the world cup "Football" they will have a chance to advance past the opening round.
