What should I expect to pay for this tedious service? Jr. Webmaster help needed.

It would take me a day or so to do it myself, just dont have the time.

You could create a quick script to copy images to destination while renaming in the process, and make thumbnails. Then follow it up with creating the html to display # of images per page. Should be a simple job, unless you're touching up the images, etc..
