Damn! my HD
I've removed all possible screws and still can't remove the front plate ! I need advice how to get it removed without losing my guarantee :)

the reason you can not break the seal, is because there is nothing in there for you to fix. If there is a problem with your hdd, just contact the manufacturer and have them send you another.

Since you seem bound and determined to fuck with it, why not just drill a hole in the screw and use and easy-out? Or better yet, the cover is not that strong, surely you can chisel the head off or just pry the cover until either the screw or the cover gives.
