Do you take enough pictures in your life?
 

On a serious note, Do you take enough pictures in your life? Morning the 8th in Holland I arrived from living 3 months in Thailand, I ended up making 1 'memorable' picture in those months. Sure I made some pictures of my house, the inside of it because family members wanted to see it ect. But overall, from the area, culture, sea, beach, nightlife anything I made only 1 picture. Looking back now I wish I would have made a lot more not only for now but also for later, I miss the place, cant wait to go back in September :)

Yes, I love taking pics.. However, I'm just too lazy sometimes to carry camera sometimes that's why I miss some of those important events..

I ripped off a lot of people in my life (in good fun off course) and now I have severa black-suited guys following me wherever I go

They do take lots of fotos so my life is pretty well documented for the posterity.

I'm not affraid as I'm well connected and that protects me so I let them have their fun.

Some people believe that taking pictures is a way to relive your life in the past. Instead of enjoying it for the moment.

That's a good point Reak. I think that sometimes too. The places, the people, hell I think we only got a couple of photos together. You really need to pick up just a small digital camera and take it out with you. It would help for sure.

Though alot of those photos would be more like evidence lol.

Oh yeah, I take TONS of pictures at all times.

Had I of been dependant on the old flimsy film cameras of a couple dozen years ago, then I never would.

But in this digital age, I never stop. I take pictures of everything!

We shot about 300 this week alone. We have a family website that we keep up, although it is a bit behind because of some projects. But we have the photos.

I wish digital cameras had been around 30 years ago. I take SO many pics these days:upsidedow

Yeah mate, The only pictures we got together were made the day you left with your camera. I picked up a small digital camera the day before I left at Tuk Com but there's not much to take photo's of here, I'll glady keep it ready for the day I return :)

Nope, not enough! There are a few travels where I took standard pictures but didn't really capture those spur-of-the-moment moments. Now I kind of wish I had.

I takes lots of pics now. When i go on any trips with the girfriend or anything, those are memories i wanna keep, so i always try and get some really good ones.

If it wasn't for the digital camera though, i'd probably not have bothered half as much...

I stayed there for 3 months, came back to watch the World Cup with my family & friends. Sticking around for WM Access Amsterdam in September, leaving the day after back to Thailand :thumbsup

I had a great camera in high school and took lots of pictures, and more when I was in the Marines. Once of a lifetime pictures that can never be replaced. Now most of them are gone and it's a shame.

Now I try to document everything in my life with photos, and back them up all over the place. I have copies on mulitple computers, i have disks at home and the office, and uplaoded to two different servers.

no, i don't. the parents always took plenty of pics but from 16-26 i basically have nothing aside from the pictures parents took at graduations, christmas', ect. lately i've been trying to take more since i regret having basically nothing from some really fun years of my life.

I take a lot of landscape photos of surrounding areas, but very few documenting what's happening in my life. The one exception is plenty of pics of my little baby.

My phone has a pretty good quality 2 megapixel camera, it's always in my pocket, maybe I should start using it.....

Im kinda in the same boat. Been here about 2 months.. & nope no where near enough pics. & my video cam broke & I was just lazy to bring it in.
Im going home to montreal next week now & realizing I shoulda had more pics done. Im back here in a few weeks after tho so I plan to make up for it.

But I was just talking about that with someone the other day too.. need more pictures.
