Advanced Submitter - What's going on?
 

May 31, emailed support as instructed. I explained on ICQ, AS was crashing my machine. Was told maybe it was a site, and not AS. Well, when AS is loaded, after few short moments, it crashes randomly. Sometimes, it'll go on for a few more minutes longer, create html, then in the process crash the machine. Sometimes DURING a submit, crashes the machine. Now the newest thing it likes to do, is wipe out site-specific rules. Talk about a nice headache while you're trying to submit and remember all of your damned PA info. 10 days now, no reply from support. Is this the norm with them?
