How long does it take to get ads running on adwords
 

anyone know how long does it take to get ads running on google?
I just signed up and started a campaing, but i cant see any ads on google.
ppc price is high but i cant see my ad even on 5th page, anyone know whats the problem?
do they review each ad before letting it go?

Yes, they review your ads if your account is new, adult or not.

Any ads added or changed Friday evening through Sunday night generally won't be reviewed until Monday.

You'll notice that as your budget goes up, the response time to adds and changes improves exponentially.

Mine where taking forever and then I upgraded to the standard version instead of the starter one and noticed my keywords had a min. payin of $5 so my ad was inactive.

thanks, they say that ads will be shown in 10 mins, but as i see that is not true heh

took me about two weeks
but very low budget
getting about 50 hits but pays off nicely :)
