Women rapes 13 year old boy at knife point
 

ROCHESTER, New York -- A woman admitted yesterday she pretended to be a health department worker before raping a 13-year-old boy at knifepoint.

Marilyn Rosario, 34, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape involving the boy, who said she came to his home May 8 and posed as a health department worker who was there to talk with him about sexually transmitted diseases.

Once inside the home, police said Rosario raped and robbed the boy,

Rosario will be sentenced June 28 to six months in Monroe County Jail and 10 year's probation.

She will also have to register as a sex offender, be required to have no contact with the boy and pay restitution of $9 for the money she stole from him.
