Problem designing a page for Firefox - HELP

I'm trying to figure out why this keeps happening.

Firefox users, open this site with FF e after that open the same link with Internet Explorer.

Hmm, first thing I noticed was that you have html code above < html > so firefox may not recognize the content type. Try moving that and see if it helps.
