how about buying content to get a site goin first and then do a featured girl site. Just a thought

just buy gr8movies.something and you will be set for life.

I'd say 20k or so to get it off the ground if you don't have a program and traffic already in play.

There are two main paths you can choose with the model. One, give her a portion of the profits and don't pay anything upfront. She does all the content for free and collects a % when it makes money.

Option 2, pay her upfront for everything and then you get 100% of whatever her site makes.

In either case, be prepared to pay a lawyer to make up a very soild contract explaining to all party's their responsibilities. Without this, you're gonna have huge problems fail or suceed.
