	Our main upstream provider had to perform emergency maintenance. I got notice right before it happened, so I didn't have time to post anything to our customers and I am sorry about that. The impact on most customers was only 10 minutes, however we are looking into what could have caused a longer issue for you, Fucksakes. As always, we totally appreciate the confidence and loyalty of our customers and are committed to providing the best service and network in the hosting industry. Matt  | 
		
 One more thing to mention, I have to think our excellent crew of system administrators who worked hard to coordinate and monitor this situaiton with our upstream provider.

In closing, I want to paraphrase my mentor, Tony who once said: the best customer is one who has seen you perform during adversity, because he can judge for himself what you can really do and appreciate your service all the more.
