Austin people in here plz
 

I'm coming out there looks like the end of this month to go propriety shopping. Can some of you people, that are out there point me in the right direction as to where the bad areas are to stay away from and maybe which areas are some of the better areas around the Austin to live at.

I'll be spending a week out there looking around but I don't know much about the area. So I'm looking for some tips.

You will love the area a few blocks from 6th street, the arboretum, and the malls. Near the University of Texas is nice too. Trust me, you will know the really nice areas when you see them. Some of them are visible from the interstate.

Be sure and check out the smaller suburbs nearby like Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Leander.

Yea I was planning on checking out areas like Round Rock and so on. I'm looking to buy a few duplexes out there in that area over the next few years. Seems to be a lot of foreclosures that are priced right out there.

btw any areas to stay away from if you're doing porn stuff?
