Watermarking clips without re-encoding
I need a simple program that can watermark my clips.
Just a simple text watermark is fine. :thumbsup |
That's impossible... you have to re-encode the video to put any new layer on top of it unless you have a third party program (such as a subtitle display program) that will overlay the image on top of the playing video.

would be interested to know if something exist in that direction

you cant watermark without re encoding....

Yeah I mean re-encode with the same settings so that I can add a watermark without getting less quality than the original.
I figured out a way to add a logo with VirtualDub. So far its working good. |
use flash as a player

have a flash programmer create your own flash player with embeded watermark on flash player itself. once you play unwatermarked movie.. it will auto-watermarked your movies without re encoding them..:thumbsup
