Not to different than what KRL said, target market the college crowd with a E/N entertainment site. Upsell dating, homebrew kits and T-shirts. Maybe have a picture rating section, sell ads on adbrite and later sell traffic.:2 cents:

Some kind of social-networking crap (a la Web 2.0) where College people from dorms and Colleges give details of where to meet up for beer parties, frat fests and stuff.

Why limit it there? there are TONS of house parties in small towns that have nothing else to do with their worthless time except build adult websites. :Oh crap

since there are so many kinds of beer in the world, have users submit names of beer and a photo. Eventually you will have a large collection divided by different zones (countries, cities, continents, etc). Make posters of these collections (or tshirts) and sell it on the site
