Suggest me some weight Gainers pls...
Hi GFY!
i fizicly looks good however i thod would be better to gain more weights to it. i'm avaragely 186 cm tole & 65 kg somethin. so i need more weight. well... what is you suggest to do it? is there any goods better i can find easely at out of U.S? i used to drink big bottle of weight gainer wich was U.S. stuf. |

its not that simple, chances are he has a fast metabolism and 500 more calories a day wouldn't cut it. the body catches up after you gain a couple pounds then you need even more calories just to keep the same weight.
my advice, eat every 2-3 hours, either a meal or weight gain shake (can go with some crappy weight gain shake or a more quality meal replacement like met rx). i'm assuming you workout, so you'll want at least 20g of protein with each meal. 2 litres of milk a day minimum as well, which i would use mainly with the shakes. |
